Stansbury Homes DOES warranty the heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing
(Including all gas and electric appliances), fixtures, and structural elements of the Residence (including the roof, walls, and
foundation) against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year after the Settlement Deadline.
